The motor only turns for one gear rotation when put in the sun. i have rebuilt the body module assembly 3 times, and the issue persists. how to fix?

Hope this helps: https://youtu.be/q_kClFmzzZo Solar Robot Educational Kit 13-in-1 is a set for individual assembly of 13 different robots that work on an engine powered by a solar panel. It can easily be changed to the wagging-tail dog, running beetle, walking crab, surfer, speedster, or boxer chaser. The robot kit provides unique accessories and parts that make the robot move on land and water. Do take note that all extra plastic edges need to be trimmed off to facilitate the movement of the final creation. Any extra plastic edges would immobilize the end product.

Does it have a remote control?

Hello, our product does not have a remote control. It uses environmentally friendly solar energy instead of electric energy.

it this supposed to "charge up?" or does it just run while it's in the sunlight. We can't get it to work and it's been soaking up sun for 2 days?

Hello, no need to charge, need to be in a sunny place. In addition, our products enjoy a one-year warranty period, if there is a product quality problem, please contact us by email.
