This Hydroglow complex is a very good moisturiser, and I’m hopeful that it will help support collagen production over time, though it’s still too early to confirm those long-term effects as I’ve only recently started using it.In terms of hydration, it performs very well — it definitely feels more like a moisturiser than a treatment serum, but that suits me just fine. The formula includes a combination of ingredients that are said to aid both collagen synthesis and skin repair, which I find quite promising.It contains prickly pear extract, which offers a gentle exfoliating effect, and the product is formulated for all skin types. I have sensitive combination skin myself, and it’s worked without any irritation, which is always a positive sign.The applicator is also clean and hygienic, and the overall presentation and texture suggest a good quality product. I’m pleased so far.

Pump not working- tried to return/ replace but despite it being only a week since arrival not eligible- reached out to Amazon customer service who agreed to cover the refund- better to go to a store or check refund policy before you buy

✅ This product has a lot of hype around it. I wasn't sure what to expect with acne prone skin, but after incorporating this serum into my routine for about a month, I have noticed that my skin feels definitely more hydrated and visibly more glowy.✅ The texture itself is pleasant and feels like silk. It's very lightweight and absorbs well, making it easy to layer under my moisturiser and SPF.✅ Looking at the ingredient list, this makes sense. It contains hyaluronic acid + actoin (hydrating + supports skin barrier). It also contains prickly pear extract (gentle exfoliator), tripeptide-1 ("Kollaren" is promising for long term firmness, as peptides are known to support collagen), and Q10 (antioxidant).✅ This particular ingredient is resurfacing on social media, though has been well known and hyped in the skincare community, so perhaps the most novel component here is the "1% cica exosome". Essentially cica = centella asiatica, known for soothing + skin repairing, and exosomes are the delivery system for cica (= deeper penetration). I read a few studies on it but essentially cica can increase collage synthesis, skin tensile strength + calms/soothes skin.⛔ Not great pump.

It works great whether I have dry and flakey skin or if it’s a good day where my face is naturally hydrated. The serum never makes me look or feel greasy, no matter what state my skin's in. I also apply it around my eyes and a thin amount on my eyelids- it hasn't caused any irritation or for them to go bloodshot. I'm 28 and prone to spots but this hasn't made them worse or caused any new ones. It doesn't clog my pores and it smells completely neutral and not like chemicals. I sometimes layer other serums and moisturisers on top and haven’t had a negative reaction.As much as I love the serum, I’m just going to throw it out there: THE PUMP SUCKS! It barely works and I have to press it several times just to get a small amount out, hence giving it 4 stars. I still recommend trying out the product because the results are undeniable but dang I wish the packaging was better

I’ve only been using this for fours days and have therefore not seen any results yet. However, I can say it rubs in well and absorbs quickly. It feels like a really light serum and isn’t greasy after application. It’s fragrance free which I liked and it has left my skin feeling soft and hydrated after use and I’ve not suffered any irritation.The pump action was easy to use and worked well for me. Two or three pumps are enough for my neck and face.So far, so good.

1 star because I don’t know.The pump doesn’t work and it’s not eligible for a return.£20 wasted.
