I’m a true King Arthur Gluten free fan and this protein pancake mix is the best !! Amazing taste and love that it doesn’t have unnecessary ingredients ! This gluten free version tastes better than popular regular protein pancake mixes, and makes a fluffy , light , yummy pancake ! I also find it very cost effective compared to other brands as well.

Needed this for a gluten free family member. I made the entire package and added chocolate chips. I liked that it had more protein. The entire family liked the flavor, and they cooked up nicely. We had leftovers which the kids had lightly warmed in the microwave. It was easy to make and I will buy it again.
