Is this product shelf stable and for how long?

Each container has an expiration date. Last several months on shelf. I keep mine in my refrigerator. However , I use mine up pretty quick with my cereal!

3.25 cups in 1 pound of Whole Milk Powder 3 tablespoons to 1 cup of water. I use this for cooking and especially for my cereal, if I run out of regular milk ! I love it for that. I do not claim that it taste as good as a good old glass full of Pure Whole Milk !! I hope this helps !
