Cats love it now
My cats were really skeptical of this for several weeks actually. Finally one of them started using it and about a month later the other two started. Now they drink out of the spout! They love it and drink a lot more water than before. Easy to fill, clean and change filters.

Plastic spout leads to cat acne.
Got it in February, and one of my cats has cat acne now... yes, I wash the hole thing.. more then required actually! I wash ones a week!
