Super convenient way to get your oil of oregano and black seed oil without the foul taste. For anyone who has taken either in their liquid form can attest to the taste I’m referring to. I grew up with my mother making her own oil of oregano and we always took it when the seasons changed, we got sick or had body aches and pains. For those unfamiliar with the health benefits of these two powerhouse oils, listen up!Oregano contains compounds called phenols, terpenes, and terpenoids. They have powerful antioxidant properties:Carvacrol. The most abundant phenol in oregano, it has been shown to stop the growth of several different types of bacteria.Thymol. This natural antifungal can also support the immune system and protect against toxins.Rosmarinic acid. This powerful antioxidant helps protect against damage caused by free radicals.Oil of Oregano is a powerful if not one of the most powerful antibiotics. It may also help reduce cholesterol. It’s a super-powerful antioxidant which protects the body from oxidative damage and free radicals. Oregano oil may benefit gut health in several ways due to its anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, and antibacterial properties. One of my favorite benefits is the anti-inflammatory property. I took it pre and post ACL reconstruction surgery and it helped unlike anything else! A few studies have indicated that carvacrol, one of the compounds of oregano oil, may have cancer-fighting properties. In test-tube studies on cancer cells, carvacrol has demonstrated promising results against lung, liver, and breast cancer cells. It has been found to inhibit cell growth and cause cancer cell death. It may also help you lose weight! Thanks to oregano’s carvacrol content, oregano oil may aid weight loss and benefit obesity treatment.Obviously all these statements have not been backed by the FDA.Now for the Black Seed Oil. Again, foul tasting in its liquid form, but these gel caps are so much better and avoid that taste.Black Seed oil MAY reduce acne, aid in treating psoriasis (when used orally and topically), promotes wound healing, may help reduce hair loss and support hair growth, protect lung health and reduce asthma attacks, reduces local and systemic inflammation, aid in weight loss, may improve blood sugar levels, reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome (which is a cluster of conditions that can increase the chance of developing heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.), and lastly reduce bad (LDL) cholesterol.Again, for legal purposes, these claims have not been evaluated by the FDA and you should always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new supplement.With that being said, these gel caps are convenient and proved the proper dosage and concentration needed for maximum effectiveness. I will continue using these and highly recommend them for anyone who wants to improve their health.

I could write a master thesis on the benefits of oregano for the immune system regulation of the human body, but I won’t go into that here. I’ve been a huge proponent of oil of oregano supplements for both General health and getting your immune system back on track for years, and I always spent the big bucks on the really expensive brand, and come to find out that these pills, at less than a quarter of the price, have pretty much the exact same ingredients in the same quantities. And after taking them for almost 2 months now, They have the same effect! Definitely a huge bargain without the huge price tag. I don’t know why you wouldn’t buy this. It’s the cheapest thing you could do for great health and immune regularity. Take it when you feel you’re getting sick, take it one week out of the month, take it as your doctor tells you, but it’s just so good for Fighting viruses, bacteria, mold, fungus, just anything gross, oil of oregano is an amazing, beneficial plant medicine for! Couldn’t recommend this highly enough!

Personally have received many health benefits from taking this product. No after taste, seems to be good quality product especially for the value added health benefits. Easy to swallow gel caps.

Without any mention of GMP, 3rd Party Testing, COA or any licensinf such as ISO or NSF, which are internationally recognized for quality verification of supplement manufacturing standards, I cannot recommend VivoNu's Oil of Oregano supplements.If GMP and 3rd Party testing were done and the product were to indicate standards important to me are met, my rating would be much higher than 1 star. But these things are not indicated anywhere on the product, so I can only give a 1 star rating. It's easy to swallow and a nice smooth texture. You get a lot of capsules in the bag as well.But, this is supposed to be Oregano Oil (very strong oregano smell and burns) as well as Black Seed Oil. I've never had black seed oil but people say it has a very strong taste kinda like how car motor oil smells. The oil that is in these capsules tastes and looks and feels like vegetable oil. No burn and no flavor. I opened the capsule easily and the only thing I can detect is a *hint* of oregano smell. Nothing like the real oils, just a hint.I read the back and it says 6000mg Oregano Oil and 200mg of black seed oil. Then the fine print says it's 300mg oregano oil 20:1 extract. By their declaration we have 300mg oregano, 5,700mg of some random veg oil and 200mg of black seed oil.Not for me
