This is perfect for keeping an eye on my cat when I’m gone. It is easy to set up and the app is user friendly. The video is good as well as the price!

I bought this camera about 4 months ago, I have 3 identical cameras in my house to monitor my pets when I am not home. The cameras all work great, and they do everything that Vimtag claims they will do. I've been thinking about buying two more which, with the pan & tilt, will cover my entire house. Their app is also great, giving me awesome control over my cameras. Recently one of the cameras started behaving inconsistently. About 11 pm last night I used the chat function in the app to contact Vimtag. Within 5 minutes of my message, I had a response from tech support, asking intelligent questions. I answered them, and about 5 minutes later I had a message telling me they were escalating my problem to another department to check the logs and settings for my camera. Within ten minutes I had a message telling me my camera wasn't updating, and they were pushing an update to it now, and after I applied that update, they would push a second update to fix the problem. I applied both updates and within an hour and a half, my camera was fixed and seems to be working correctly again. What a great company! I've bought a number of cameras over the years, none have worked as well as these. The image quality is great, the camera features are great and work exactly as advertised. The app is free and has no ads, and it's well thought out, giving me control over everything I'd like to control! But the customer service, well, that is totally awesome. An hour and a half to solve a problem, AT MIDNIGHT, well, most companies could learn a lot from Vimtag! I can't recommend these cameras, and Vimtag, strongly enough!

Our first camera we received did not operate due to a faulty connection. I contacted Customer Service via live chat. We were very pleased with the service we received. Vimtag sent us a new camera right away. The second camera we received works great. Very easy installation with clear directions. The picture is clear and the movement of the camera is easy to operate.

I enjoy all my vimtag cameras. I have probably purchased all except the window camera which is the newest. They all show a clear picture. I even have the subscription where I can add up to 20 cameras for $19.99 for cloud storage. I would definitely recommend.

I like the camera so much that I had purchased a second one. One of my cameras started to disconnect from the network often. My other camera was fine. I reached out to the Vimtag customer service through the app and within a matter of days, they offered to replace my camera since it was still under warranty. I received my new camera and so far it has not disconnected from the network. I appreciate their professionalism and understanding. They made it easy to work with them. As far as the camera goes, I like the quality of the picture, the size is just right (we dont even notice it is there anymore), the easy set up, the easy to use app, and the pan/tilt ability truly does go 360 degrees. There is a slight lag but that is to be expected... its technology... not human eyes. I can see everywhere in the room! It works good both day and night. I like that I can talk through the camera as well. It has come in handy! I would buy this again and again when needing another camera.

One of my Vimtag cameras developed an issue, so I contacted Vimtag’s Customer Support for assistance. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with their level of service. The support team responded promptly, took the time to understand the problem, and worked diligently to find the best possible solution. When it became clear that the issue could not be resolved, they quickly arranged to send me a replacement camera. After I received and installed the new device, the Customer Support team continued to follow up to ensure everything was working properly and that I was completely satisfied. This is one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Vimtag not only for their products but also for their outstanding after-sales service.

Very easy to set up. These are great for the price. The pic is great. Not sure about the sound as my husband is very hard of hearing and the TV is too loud.

I've had this for a few months now. I use it to keep an eye on cat litter box behavior (helicopter cat mom) and it's taken a bit to get the settings right. Set to motion only I missed a lot because it stops recording after 10ish seconds if the movement stops. The app took a little getting used to, which is probably user error. But the customer support is some of the most helpful and responsive I've encountered. They typically get back within 24 hours and will include screenshots, alternative suggestions, and other tips. They've been patient with me while I've figured out how to make the camera work for my needs. The camera itself is good quality. Good zoom and nighttime images. Easy peasy setup. The tracking is smooth, though I don't use it. And it works with 5ghz wifi! I landed on this particular camera because my previous wyze no longer functioned with upgraded internet, no matter what I tried. And for the price, I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. Don't be afraid to reach out to support on the Vimtag application before you give up on it if at first you don't succeed. :)
