I really like these electrolytes. The ingredient list is clean and simple, which was very important for me. The box comes with 30 sachets, very convenient for daily use and travel. There is no strong smell, and the taste is light and pleasant, not overpowering. I personally prefer mixing one sachet in a large glass of water — this way it tastes more refreshing and not overly concentrated. I chose these for myself because I’m a breastfeeding mom (long-term) and often feel dehydrated. This has been an easy and gentle way for me to support hydration throughout the day. These taste great and have lots of good minerals and vitamins. I didn't notice an effect personally but I did feel hydrated. A little expensive but they give a good amount for the money. Also, thorne has top tier ingredients

I always rely on Thorne for a quality product. These are my favorite electrolyte packets. I actually like the taste too, I usually find electrolytes from other brands way too salty tasting. These are perfect to bring with me on the go too for a workout or run!

These work great! I’ve tried a few other brands and I have to say these are my go to for a quick rehydration. My only issue is they are very sweet. I over dilute them to be able to handle the sweetness or chug them quickly.

These packets make it easier for me to drink water throughout the day. The flavor is good, but it is pretty “salty” tasting if you aren’t used to electrolytes! This is my favorite supplement brand as well!

I absolutely love these! My functional medicine doctor recommended them for me me to get my electrolytes in me without all the bad ingredients. I love all of the flavors and glad I purchased it! Has 480mg of sodium, 99mg Potassium, 40mg of Magnesium & 0 sugar

Quite salty, but definitely replenishing. I use this electrolyte during and after exercise (spin class, mountain hiking) and it works well.

I used these Thorne hydration/electrolyte packets regularly when I was pregnant & continue to use them when breastfeeding and I need a quick hydration boost. Convenient single-serve packets A bit pricey compared to Ultima hydration packets but i feel the benefits of Thorne more. Overall: Great hydration support with a clean, refreshing formula — perfect for workouts, travel, pregnancy, postpartum or everyday hydration. Would recommend if you want something more than plain water but less sugar than typical sports drinks. You can also add sparkling water to them if you want a bubbly but not a soda (

I love Thorne products, but these were awful. They tasted like pure salt, and the flavors were off-putting. Sadly, I couldn't return them because of the policy. They went in the trash after trying each of the flavors.
