They work for me at a much lower cost than name brands. Only occasionally have I taken more than 1 and that's only when severely tired.

Good quality caffeine when you need it. Takes a little while to kick in.

I usually bought jet alert or vivarin brand from the grocery store, but decided to try some of the less expensive variety on Amazon in order to hit the $35 minimum for free shipping (for US non prime members). I'm glad i did because these work just as well, & these are less expensive. I will keep ordering these unless they increase in price above the others i have tried. It's exactly what the label says, caffeine equal to a cup of coffee. I don't drink anything but water, & these help give me energy to do my daily workout without having to drink coffee. They work just as well, but they are slightly larger than jet alert. They're about the same size as vivarin, just white circular tablets instead of yellow. People with difficulty swallowing pills may not like these, but anyone else should give them a try if they want a less expensive caffeine pill with the same effect as the more expensive variety. I'm definitely satisfied with the quality, & i was very skeptical before taking them (& in general, lol).

I did not get the jitters or feel bad as I did with a different brand that was 200 mg but I had to cut in half These I can take the whole pill and not feel those jitters or feeling like I’m going to have a heart attack I can’t drink coffee so this helps me few times a week

And sodium free. Size is perfect. Cuts easily without turning to dust. Easy to swallow. Quality pressed and hasn't caused jitteriness. There was a puff of white smoke when I removed the cotton so I emptied the bottle to make sure there was no large amount of dust in the bottom to signify some of the contents had disappeared into the ether. We good. None of the tablets seem to be eroded. They are all in perfect condition. Can't find a better formula or the price.

Don't get me wrong here,I love my caffeinated beverages like everyone else,but sometimes taking one of these is just easier for a nice boost of energy. The price is great and you get plenty of pills for your money. I have encountered zero stomach issues or cramps,which tells me this product is made with few,if any,fillers of crap you don't want.Each pill is 200 mg of caffeine and you won't get that jittery,too much coffee feeling,unless you decide to take more than one pill at a time. To assist in getting motivated for a pre-workout,I think you'd be safe taking either one pill or your normal starter,Taking both may be too much,but that's up to you. I will buy again for sure.

THIS PRODUCT STATED 120 TABLETS BUT AFTER I COUNTED IT , IT HAS ONLY 110 TABLETS WITH SHORTAGES OF 10 TABLETS . SOME OF THE TABLETS ARE CRUSHED DURING THE TRANSIT .

These give me good energy for the gym! If you are caffine sensitive id take half :)
