Easy to mix in the wet food. My cat does not know it. Her bloodwork is better than last time. Maybe or maybe not because of this supplement.

Prior to introducing this supplement to my cat, his blood work results came back with borderline kidney values. About 2 months later he needed another blood panel for separate reasons and his kidney values were had actually improved! Not sure if it’s due to this supplement or not, but it also help with consistent solid poops, so I’m a fan and have repurchased since. Cats don’t mind the taste at all.

I wish I could tell you that this helped my cat who is starting to show signs of kidney wear, but he won't go near it. So unfortunately, this was not a good use of funds for us.

I got this in addition to their regular probiotic powder since one of my cats is slowly approaching his senior years and kidney disease is one of the leading causes of death among cats. All my cats eat it in their food no problem. I think it has a noticeable scent but they don't seem to mind eating it. That being said, the serving size is one scoop which is a lot of powder to put on wet food. It's also somehow messier than their regular probiotic powder, possibly because it's a finer consistency. The quality of the product seems good but as I said, its just more messy. The scoop is also a different shape/size to their regular probiotics and is frequently buried under the powder. I don't love the idea of digging around in it to fish out the scoop since I'm worried about possible contsnimation. I don't tend to give the full scoop or give it every day for these reasons. I haven't noticed any effects from it but wasn't expecting to. My cats already had good digestive health and don't have low energy to begin with. Two of my cats do have dandruff that hasn't worsened or improved with this supplement. I wouldn't expect one of the applications of this powder to be improved skin health since it's marketed for kidney support. My goal is simply to try to prevent kidney disease if I can. Probiotics are always a good idea and there are plenty of studies showing their effectiveness in maintaining and improving health.

Bought this for my cats bc I know they can have kidney issues. However the wellness blend was blend has some of these ingredients so I’d rather buy one supplement since these are a bit pricey and my cats are very picky.

This really seems to work. My 20 year old cat has stage 2-3 kidney disease. I began to give her 1/2 scoop in am - she is only 6.5 #s - and within a week she is like a much younger cat. She is more energetic. Eats better and goes outside again in our catio. She is awake more and interested in what her siblings are doing. She feels much better. I wish I would have started this earlier. Doesn’t seem to have a smell so she eats it in her wet food

For 6 weeks my kitties are eating it mixed along with their food, daily. I see a big improvement in their litter habits, so it definitely has a positive impact on gut health. Will know more with regard to kidney function after the next bloodwork.

This stuff is way too overpowering to sprinkle on their food. My cats pretty much eat anything and they flat out would rather starve than eat anything this stuff touches. I’d give it zero stars but that’s not an option.

I think this is likely a decent product. Unfortunately, my cat refuses to consume any food that I have added it to.

Can’t really say if it’s working but I give it to my cats daily. At least I feel like I’m helping them. Bi ties it into their crunchy food.

I bought this supplement as it was described as "delicious" and as I have limited funds, I wanted to buy one that I could successfully feed to my cat. He recoiled from his food that I added it to. I tried adding just a tiny bit, he still knew it was there. It is very expensive and was hopeful but it was just a waste of money.

Update: Had to discontinue as it was making my senior cat urinate more. A lot. That's not reflective of the supplement but I would suggest people consult their vet before use. I've removed a star, though, to indicate a "neutral" rating. Time will tell to see how my cats do on this. In terms of appeal and it being a powder that I sprinkled over their dry food they didn't turn up their noses and ate as normal. I started with a half scoop for each dish. I have to feed them together and they're each in the two bowls (long story). At any rate I'm hoping for positive benefits with this and like that it seems solidly, and reputably, manufactured in the US. I would never give my dogs or cats anything that wasn't made in North America, Europe, Australia, or New Zealand for reasons of quality control and ingredients. Unless the company is based in any of the aforementioned places with manufacture in China, the same standards do not have to be met by Chinese companies shipping to international markets as opposed to their own domestic one - so it can be a crap shoot that I'd rather avoid. I only found this out recently. For palatability and confidence of manufacture I am giving this 4 stars out of 5. I will adjust my review accordingly after my cats have been on it a bit and what I observed insofar as their well-being.
