Happy with my shamrock purchase!
For the price, they seem to be well made and sturdy. The clasp for the pin holds very securely. I haven't tried them on my clothing yet but have no worries they will fall off. The green paint is a very nice green.

Missing a pin
One pin was missing. You also have to assemble the pinbacks onto the stethoscopes.
