biggest paper weight I ever bought... works great when it remembers the Map.. But lucky me I get to Re-MAP my entire house every week because this piece of crap loses its memory constantly. This takes about 30% battery and and 40 min to complete so I lose a day or two of this thing actually doing what I need it to do. It also loses wifi connection which doesn't help its case. not sure if I got a bad unit or what but im days away from just tossing it in the trash. Id highly recommend you look elsewhere because this ain't it.

Impressed with this robot vacuum. I was sceptical about these. But this Roborock Q10 S5 is phenomenal. Charges fast, vacuumed our 1340 SQ ft home and I was amazed when I emptied it was full. We have 2 cats & a dog this thing is a must. Does thorough cleaning of floor mats and tile. Mop setting is good for a quick lite mop for a shine. My wife & I are very happy and scheduled it to run every other day. We both have serious back issues so this is a back savor.

I am using roborock s7 for last few years. The S7 (which is very old version) is still running great. Last year I want to buy another one and as the S7 is working great, with lot of trust on Roborock brand, I ordered Q10 S5. After using it couple of months I came to conclusion that the Q10 S5 is not worth of even $1. The Q10 S5 frequently forgot the map location, battery will drain so quickly and it will try to sleep always. In the app it shows loading and Q10 rotates at a single spot, but wont move even after 5 min, 10 min... This machine didn't ease up any of my tasks, rather it makes you to wait.. wait.. and never cleans and disturb all the cleaning plans. So think twice before purchasing this Q10 S5.

The device seems to be working adequately but the associated Iphone software app is highly unreliable. As a result modifying the floor plan work pattern is not possible and it is working in a pattern that is not useful and cannot be changed because of the software absence. The software worked satisfactorily to manage the device for about 4 months. Then went off network after sleeping for about 48 hours. Multiple attempts to reconnect were unsuccessful despite guidance from online suggestions. Suggestions required that I change my network options in ways that are undesirable to me particularly since the software previously worked okay with my network without modifications. Update: After finally finding instructions, I did a full reset to factory defaults which restored full software functionality. Contrary to available suggestions, I did not have to change existing network or password options.

We have purchased originally Q7 and loved it but it was bumping a little bit around some places and running over some items. It is a great sale now on this brand and we decided to return the Q7 and upgrade to Q10 which does much better job avoiding the objects and have some other extra features. The machine is about one inch larger in diameter but still fits everywhere where the Q7 could get into. I think it's a great deal for such a high quality design and reliability plus the maps are very customizable so you can tweak it to perfection. We could not believe how much dust it pulls out of the carpets even after multiple times. We never realized that there is so much dust growing and collecting. The mopping function with vibrator is great and carpet sensors do a great job.

The sweeper is nice, the mopping is ok. I would buy from this company again.

This thing worked well for about 3 months, then started leaving and spreading dirt all over the place. We have replaced filters, beater brushes and other parts on it and it still doesn’t work. Our 20 year old Dyson still works like the day we bought it, do yourself a favor and buy one of those and avoid this techie junk. Customer service was very poor, it took over a month and countless emails to get a refund.

I purchased this Roborock to replace my Roomba 780 that served me well for 10 years. This Roborock is a star cleaner on both carpet and flat surfaces. I even used it to vacuum and mop my concrete basement floor. It is very easy to program. I usually have it clean just my bedroom twice per week, and all of my upstairs rooms weekly. I highly recommend it.

Pésimo, muy mala experiencia, ruegen a Dios que el producto sea funcional, porque de no ser así, la empresa Roborock Technology Co, no se hará cargo, esa garantía de un año es falsa. Empresa china que tiene su distribuidor en México, pero su servicio de soporte deja muchísimo que desear, no te resuelven, no te brindan lugares de servicio para su arreglo, no te regresan tu dinero ni te cambian el producto.

I've tried a lot of robot vacuums, but RobotRock is hands down the best one yet. It's powerful, quiet, and actually works without getting stuck every five minutes. My floors have never been cleaner! What I love most is how well it handles pet hair, expecially for people have two dogs. The suction is strong, and the brushes don't get clogged. It also maps my house efficiently, so it doesn't miss spots or bump into furniture like cheaper models. The battery lasts long enough to clean my entire downstairs, and it recharges itself if it runs low. The app is super easy to use—I can schedule cleanings or control it remotely. The only minor downside is that the dustbin could be a little bigger, but emptying it every couple of days isn't a huge deal. For the price, it's an absolute steal compared to big-name brands. If you're tired of dragging out a heavy vacuum or dealing with mediocre robot cleaners, this one is worth every penny. Five stars from me!

Un bijou. J’adore le Roborock. Utilisation facile. L’application aussi est quand même facile d’utilisation. Je l’utilise à chaque jour. J’ai 4 enfants et 3 chiens et il fait le travail. Par contre le compartiment à poussière est petit donc penser à le vider. Je ne l’utilise que pour deux chambres, cuisine et salle de bain et il doit être vider. Un grand changement côté propreté à la maison. L’aspiration est génial, mieux que ma balayeuse sans fil

Hinge broke already on the dust compartment , was replaced right away, excellent customer service , but this machine keeps needing to be reset. It constantly tries to climb the wall marking up my white moldings, also it just sits there and goes round and round. It’s good when it works, but it’s no reliable like my roomba is , in 10 years, i never had any issues with it, in 1 year, i had ongoing issues with my Roborock vaccum,

Got this for my mother and she loves it. The perpetual fake sales are scummy, but the product works perfect. Obviously it can’t scrub your floor, but for sweeping and a light mop it’s great.
