Very bad product and worst client service. I have spoken to Ejaz, promised to changed the machine, never used this item, wasnt allowed to return or refund. 6mos have passed and has not done anything. Please do not deal with this seller, you will be wasting your money and time. I have been very patient but until now nothing has been resolved, this cost more than 1k aed and all for nothing. I have bought a lot of items from Amazon, this is the worst seller ever.

سيئ جدا ولا انصح به انكسرت قطعه بعد شهر من الاستخدام وبعد اسبوع انكسرت الثانيه القطعه اللي تجي داخل المضخة وتواصلت مع البائع يقول ارجعي اشتري اكسسوار ولا يوجد ابدا اي تفاعل لاتشتروها لانها تخرب مباشره وعن تجربه

Its the worst product ever i got it 2.5 months ago and its broken without even touching it.

I first wanna start by saying I fell in love with this pump. It worked amazing and was easy to assemble. I’m leaving one star because I was in the middle of a pump session tonight. 12 minutes in and the pump on my left side just died started making this low clicking noise and when I googled it it said if there’s no section and it makes that clicking noise, then the motor has died. I am so upset because this was so convenient but I haven’t even had it that long. Might I have gotten about 360 ounces out of both pumps together. I am so disappointed it is not worth the money for something like this to have happened. 😭😭😭 Edit: I talked to customer support and the immediately sent me a 2 new pumps! 🙏 🩷 Thank you Thank you Thank thank you! Changing my review!

Momcozy doesn’t have the best reviews in their other pumps due to suction, but I took a chance on the M9 when it was new and this is such a great portable pump. It’s comfortable and so so quiet, no one at work even realized I was pumping!

At the beginning when I got this breast pump as a first time mom, I absolutely fell in love. I love the fact that it can sense if your milk cup is getting full, so it may be time to empty out. You can control it with the app, which is convenient. I never felt any pain when using this breast pump, as compared to other pumps that I have tried. Now the downsides of this pump. The collection cup is very small if you produce a lot of milk, which leads to you having to empty out a few times. Also, the collection cup is a bit tougher to clean with the shape of it. THE BIGGEST FRUSTRATION, the fact that the flange connection part that connects to the collection cup keeps breaking. I’m very gentle with my cleaning, but they only last about three months before cracking off. I have had my pump for about 10 months now and these parts basically crack every 3 to 4 months. When I contacted customer support the first time, they were very helpful and helped me get the replacement parts that I needed, but they ask so many questions to help their investigation even though it seems like I am not the only one dealing with this. I clean my products with their Momcozy bottle, washer, even using their Momcozy tablets. As for daily cleaning, I hand wash my products with warm water and mild soap. I also let them air dry. When I told them that, they still make it seem like I need to just boil them in between every use. I’m following the directions on how to clean them, however, it seems like now I am here contacting customer support for the second time because the replacement parts that they sent me have broke even faster than the original ones that I got. They are not even offering to honor my warranty because this is the second time both parts have broken and this time they broke faster than the previous ones I. Under 4 months. The representative just said “we can offer you 50% refund for the replacement parts” when I’m supposed to get them replaced all together. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Sad that I was excited to have this as my first pump and it’s really unfortunate that now I had to buy another pump (Willow 360) because this Momcozy is unreliable. I spent a lot of money on this pump and unfortunately it is not the one for me.
