This book is excellent and I learned a lot about muscle building , Powerlifting , nutrition etc and if you are just starting out I highly recommend this book.

Just the book I needed for all information related to long term sustainable workouts
The book contains detailed information on how to keep building muscle with a long term perspective in mind. Jeff not only provides the work out plans but also provides sufficient knowledge so that we can create our own workout plans based on individual needs.
