First off - when its up and running it feels good - between the vibration, electric muscle stimulation (tens) and heat it relaxes. Down side - they call it a "pillow" , more like a 4x4 wood block, the contact point to the neck there are 2 metal pieces (for the heat) after 2-3 uses it feels like something hit you where these points touch the neck. I would try to work around these faults (it does feel good) but the remote wouldn't work right (worked twice 1 function even replaced battery original tested dead). I'm trying to send this thing back to Amazon.
