I honestly didn’t expect to get this excited about a vacuum sealer, but here we are. This 95kPa vacuum sealer has totally leveled up my food preservation game. I originally bought it to save money by freezing bulk meats without the dreaded freezer burn, but now I’m sealing everything—leftovers, snacks, even marinated stuff for the grill.The suction power is no joke. At 95kPa, it’s strong enough to shrink a bag around a steak like it owes it money. You can literally see the air getting yanked out. I’ve used it on a mix of wet and dry foods, and the seal has been solid every time—no weird leaks or failed seals.What I really like is how easy it is to use. Press a button, and boom—it does its thing. It’s not obnoxiously loud either, which is a plus, and it doesn’t take up much counter space. Clean-up is minimal, and it comes with a decent starter roll of bags, which was nice.If you do meal prep, freeze a lot, or just like pretending you’re on a cooking show, this thing is totally worth it.

Works great with lots of options for sealing. I freeze a lot of food. Homemade sausages, sauces, bulk meats. This sealer offers options for wet, and damp foods, making sauces easy to seal. Well built and good value for the money. The cutter comes in handy when packaging multiple items.

I've never owned a food vacuum sealer machine before, but my sister swears by hers so I thought I would give it a try. I didn't find the written instructions very useful, but the video is quick to show you how to operate the machine. At first glance it looks a little intimidating with all the buttons on top, but after you operate the machine once, it's simple. It was easy to use, fast, and provides a great seal. No more freezer burns for me! It is also easy to store in a kitchen draw, cabinet or pantry. The only dislike I have is the cutter. It was completely useless, until I finally figured out that you have to start the cut on the plastic and NOT from either far end of the plastic edge (it only bunches without cutting). I would recommend this product for ease of use, and quality of the seal to keep food fresh.UPDATEInitially I was happy with the operation of this FoodSaver. I used it a couple of times without any issues and was pleased with the vacuum and the seal. However, I've owned the vacuum sealer for less than a month and am now having issues with the vacuum. The vacuum works only 1 out of 3-4 times! I try repeatedly to get the bag vacuumed and sealed. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I've troubleshooted, re-read the instructions, watched the video and still Sometimes the vacuum works ...... Sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately I will have to return this product!

The unit functioned very well. Quality seal and it did a good job ensuring that all of the air was sucked and stayed out until the package was sealed.Worked better than a previous, big name brand I had ordered first. It was easy to use, easy to clean and it was the quietest until I have ever used.It does take a bit longer per use but I would rather have something preserved properly than find out a previous package failed to keep the air from penetrating.

Works very well, this replaced my old Black & Decker model. Pulls a vacuum twice as fast and seals much better. Really like the double seal feature. I got it just in time to seal my summer sausage. Done 90 sticks and didn't miss a beat!
