Excellent postpartum vitamin
Loving it. It tastes really good. Tried the lemon and also the mint favor. I have actually subscribed for it now. The only thing that I dont like is that sometimes a burp “fishy” taste because of it. However, I am still taking it. I feel like is helping me to replace vitamin lost on breastfeeding.

After using some prenatals and postnatal from Costco, I realized there are so many other types out there that are better.First of all, pill size. These are not too big so it’s easier to swallow. The only thing is you have to take 2. But it’s not as bad because they’re not as big as the ones I used to take.There is a hint of flavor. It is a minty flavor which is kind of weird; makes me think of swallowing toothpaste. But it’s better than tasting a fishy odor, which the other pills alert giving off.Also, this is a monthly supply. Which can be pricey. But it tastes better and is more comfortable. I’ve been using this for a while now and have a subscription to refill.

These are great. Digest well at any time and no horrible smell or taste. I pair them with the choline for breastfeeding.

Weird side effects
So I was having a lot of weird side effects that I couldn't quit put my finger on until I stopped and restarted this vitamin. Also I hate that these are flavored and you can not pick a unflavored one. I took these because they were highly recommended for post natal. Left me with horrible fishy burps and the worsat smelling gas I have ever experienced.

The BEST, but does taste bad after a while
LOVE this postpartum vitamin, and really all of their stuff. At the beginning this has a really refreshing mint flavor, but after a couple of weeks, has a slight taste difference. Again, the best ingredients and I can feel a difference in myself when I do take it, I think it's made a huge impact on my baby's health as well, but just has a bad flavor after a while. Maybe it's how I'm storing it, or that's just how it is...not sure. Either way, I buy it every month and will continue to do so because of the quality. Just buy it!

taste and smell is nothing like it
love the taste and smell of thes vitamins ! My dad comes over occasionally and takes these when he comes cause he loves the essential oil in them lol

The Best Vitamin Out
These are great! I also used the prenatal version before and during my pregnancy. They are easy to swallow, doesn’t hurt your stomach, has plenty of vitamin B and gives natural energy, overall amazing quality.

Seems effective, but tough to swallow due to strong fishy taste
I do feel like it's helping with my energy and recovery. The ingredients seem high-quality, and I appreciate the transparency and clean formulation.However, the biggest downside for me is the strong fishy smell and taste. It’s pretty overpowering—so much so that I try to swallow it as quickly as possible without letting it sit in my mouth. If you’re sensitive to smells or tastes, this might be a challenge.
