I regret buying this mixer. It got damaged within just 2 uses, which is unacceptable for this price. I immediately raised a concern, but the customer support has been completely unresponsive. Despite following up for 2 days, no technician has turned up and there has been zero update from their side. For the amount they charge, the least I expect is a functioning product and reliable after-sales support. Sadly, this mixer is not worth the money, and the service is even worse. Definitely would not recommend.

I have used this mixer 5 years and now also mixer behaves like new machine Mixer performance is excellent but jar quality is very poor within two months jar broke down very bad quality and you cannot get jar alone other than that Noise level is very high If they provide good jars they will win the customers Mostly no mixer will provide good jars

I haven't used very frequently till now but it is good product in this range. Havells is itself a good brand known for its durability.
