Not clear description beware it contains artificial sweetener
It says no added sugar so I thought it is unsweetened. However, it tasted so sweet with an after taste. I then discovered it contained artificial sweetener “sucralose” It is horrible Should be clearly mentioned Never going to buy again

Yummy, sugar free hot chocolate mix
yummy, easy to use, good value, mixed well, live it is sugar-free and tastes good. My favorite sugar free and I use milk instead of water and a shot of Carolyns makes it even better!

Good sugar free cocoa
I really enjoyed this hot chocolate. Tried it for the first time today expecting it to be gross like the sugar free hot cocoa I remember from when I was a kid and this wasn’t bad at all. It mixes well at the right temp. Too hot or too cold and it won’t dissolve. I made it with soy milk as that’s my preferred milk due to chronic inflammation which is also why I am trying this hot cocoa as sugar can increase inflammation so I try to avoid it. It’s not disgustingly sweet which was also a worry with artificial sweeteners. I don’t love super sweet things. Overall for only 25 calories per packet and no added sugar I think it’s worth having this over regular hot cocoa. I also feel it’s priced fairly when compared to other similar products.

Weaker cocoa taste-contains 4grams of sugar-Good choice-a fairly mild hot cocoa-update
Top Line- I think it is worth considering if you dont mind a weaker tasting alternative (cocoa flavor) to normal hot cocoa that has 4grams of sugar, 5 carbs, and sucralose- (25 calories). I ordered the no sugar added + fat-free hot cocoa mix for an after-dinner and before bedtime treat. I got caught by the no sugar added and was unaware that it actually does have 4 grams of sugar plus sucralose. I would have preferred it to be an artificial sweetener like stevia and that it did not have any sugar. The taste of the cocoa doesn't really hit the spot. It lacks depth and doesn't really have a strong flavor. I do appreciate the chocolate flavor and warmth. However, I do not get the sense of relaxation I get from a normal cup of standard hot cocoa from a packet. I will drink the rest of the packets but am not sure at this point whether I will keep this as part of my normal routine. I currently have it on subscribe and save. I will update if necessary. Update- I have grown to really enjoy the cocoa. If I want it stronger, I put sugar free Hershey's syrup with added vitamins in. I sometimes add a touch of fat free hazelnut creamer for a twist. I like it and my husband likes the cocoa.

A Tasty No Sugar Option, But Sleepy Cocoa Takes the Win for Me
As an avid hot cocoa enthusiast, I was eager to try the sugar free Nestle Hot Chocolate, especially given its no sugar added and fat-free qualities. However, after trying dozens of hot chocolate powders, I’ve landed on this as my second favorite behind Sleepy Cocoa. Firstly, while Nestle’s hot cocoa mix is a decent option for a quick, low-calorie chocolate fix, I have to note that it uses sucralose and acesulfame potassium as a sweetener. I prefer to avoid drinks with artificial sweeteners, but it does make the drink sweet without the extra calories. In contrast, Sleepy Cocoa uses allulose, a natural low-calorie sweetener. Allulose aligns better with my preference for more natural ingredients in my diet. Secondly, the cocoa used in Sleepy Cocoa is natural, as opposed to the alkalized cocoa in Nestle’s mix. This might not seem like a big deal, but natural cocoa retains more of the beneficial compounds found in cocoa beans, offering a richer taste and potentially more health benefits. Another point where Sleepy Cocoa outshines Nestle is in the flavoring. Nestle's hot cocoa mix uses artificial flavors and it’s a bit too sweet, which is a drawback for me. In contrast, Sleepy Cocoa uses natural flavoring, which I find contributes to a more authentic and satisfying cocoa experience. But the most significant difference, and the reason Sleepy Cocoa has become my go-to, is its added relaxing supplements. Sleepy Cocoa is not just a treat; it's part of my nightly routine to help me unwind and relax before bed. The calming effect it has is something that the Nestle hot cocoa mix simply doesn't offer. In fairness, Nestle's hot cocoa mix does have its merits. It's convenient and versatile, perfect for those quick moments when you need a low-calorie chocolate drink. The fact that it comes in single-serve packets makes it easy to use, and it's great for a quick hot chocolate fix without the hassle of measuring or preparing. In conclusion, while the Nestle Hot Chocolate Packets are a good option for those looking for a no sugar added, fat-free hot cocoa mix, Sleepy Cocoa wins in my book. Its use of natural ingredients, superior taste, and the added benefit of relaxing supplements make it a more appealing choice for my lifestyle. If you're looking for just a simple hot cocoa mix, Nestle might do the trick. But if you want a more natural, health-conscious option that helps with relaxation, Sleepy Cocoa is the way to go.
