Amazing 360 camera!, I mainly bought it for its enhanced audio and low light features because I plan to use it on my Ghost Hunts, so far in testing it performs really well! Great video clarity even in low light. I had no trouble at all activating this camera so I don't know why some others are having difficulty?!, the set up was very easy and straight forward.

A very nice upgrade from the x4,Quality hardware, feels very premium, sensor improvements and best of all replacement lens ! Game changer !! Generally every aspect is better and essentially for same price as x4 when launched !!!Ignore activation scare stories, solutions for android users available on day 1, not a show stopper. For anybody needing their excellent support use [email protected] one insta ! Next can we have a 1-inch 8k 60 fps please :-)

Great update to the previous model, i plan to do a video soon. There is a issue that a number of other early reviewers have pointed out that can be easily worked around by downloading the updated app directly from insta 360s official site rather than Google playstore. That hasn't been updated yet. The feature i most was looking for improvement in was the handling of lowlight recording and was really surprised how well it worked. Is it the perfect camera for video? No but for 360 footage and getting insane angles with a next level of creative options. It has to be one of the best out there.

I just returned from a one-day bicycle trip in Epping Forest with this camera, and it was truly amazing. I had no problems at all — everything worked perfectly. I charged it yesterday, and the battery life was quite good. I took an extra battery with me just in case, but I didn’t need to use it.The colors look very natural — just like you see with your own eyes! Really impressive. I’m completely happy with this camera and will definitely use it again on my next trip. Super product!

Ordered dat one. Had to do a firmware update and the app was also updated but worked almost straight out of the box. I can see there were a number of people that couldn’t get it to work but my one worked like a treat. Already took it out on a spin and quite pleased with the double twist to start/stop, saves me shouting (Voice Control) at my camera 🤣. I also can see the image quality difference is definitely better than X4, and HDR is better but very digital quality (which you’d expect with a good HDR camera, although looks unrealistic). Is it worth upgrading from X4? Not in my honest opinion but if you haven’t got a 360 camera yet, this is a tonne better than my older GoPro Max, and has better features than its predecessor for a small additional price tag.I should really only give it 4 stars as it’s not a tremendous upgrade from the X4 but I gave it 5 stars because I am reviewing the camera, not how it compares to the previous model.

I find myself in an unusual position, after a personal apology and reparation I have changed from 1 star to 5 stars, my experience is that most companies dont respond like this but my faith in Insta has been restored.
