I took a chance on this product, despite all the other claims of fixing the snoring problem we all get blasted with. The explanation, just made sense. Well, it WORKS!! Not only is my wife happy now, but I am actually not waking up at night. This device works! I never read directions, but a quick explanation for those like me. The side hinge arms are for adjusting the mouth piece for any over or under bite you may have.

Horrible. The basic one is much better. Hard to fit and would not stay in place. Waste of money.

Was uncomfortable and didn’t stay in place through out the night. Company refused to return. Waste of money.

This is the fourth different mouthpiece I've tried. I think this is the one I'll stick with. The original ZQuiet didn't mold so it caused tooth pain. Another was too thick so my mouth would not stay closed. SnoreRX wouldn't stay put. This one meets all the needs. It took a little while for my tongue to get used to it but that is not bad.

I've been using mouthpieces for a few years now. This mouthpiece doesn't have sufficient molding material. Even when it's molded it does not fit tight on teeth therefore allowing teeth to come out of mouthpiece. This renders it useless for anti snoring.
