I am just using this product last 3-4 days only . ( Disclaimer : I am a blind fan of JBL ) . Technicity : (+) side . 1) Sound quality is best . 2) Best to know about the JBL App. ( From Google play store ) or it can be downloaded from the given barcode scanning also . A simple word Awesome . 3) Via the App there are some pre-set Equalizer is set . Best option is , you can customize them ! as well as you can create as per your own also . Once more you can create ! 4) Touch tapping is very sensitive . 5) Most interesting thing is it's ANC . Use it with Caution ! it really work so well , you will just out of any noisy world . So while driving or walking on road , use this cautiously . 6) for Ambient aware Mode , you can customize that also !! How much ambient noise is allowed , you can set the same . 7) A very funny facility is there . If you lost your Bud/s you can find them with the App . By using ' Find my Buds ' options . Usually it is very useful who are slipping while using the buds . 8) Bud/s internal battery is OK . ( Not a good time to make any comment onto it , after 6 months I will share ) 9) Another very useful Option is there . If there is no activity of the Buds ( Suppose nothing is playing ) it will auto stop after a customize time . It will save battery of the Buds . Very useful while travelling . ( Fig : 5 ) . Technical : (-) side . 1) the But will come default with small earplug . It may give uncomfortable feeling . But Medium & Large plugs are there . So pls. change accordingly . 2) The Earplug/s are not comparable with other brands earplug ( not even JBL's own earplugs also ) . So be cautious . 3) Sometimes my bud is not showing in JBL app. ( ?? !! ) , even it is playing at that time in my ears also !!!! How I don't know . 4) Have a little doubt ( not sure ) about the battery backup of the Base-Casing . I attached some of the screen-shots from my App . If it helps you .

Extremely disappointed
I received Faulty Product I had high hopes for the JBL Tune Beam TWS, but this has been one of the worst tech purchases I've made. Right out of the box, the left earbud refused to connect properly. After multiple attempts to reset and re-pair, it still wouldn’t sync with the right one or the app. On top of that, the charging case seems to have a serious battery issue. It's incredibly frustrating and makes the whole product feel unreliable. Overall, this seems like a completely faulty unit. For a brand like JBL, I expected better quality control. I regret buying this and would not recommend it to anyone looking for dependable wireless earbuds. Spend your money elsewhere. When I took the product to the JBL service center, I find that I wasn’t alone. Several other customers were there with the exact same issues on their JBL TWS models—left bud not connecting and case battery failures. It seems like a recurring flaw in this product line, not just a one-off defect.

A good product if you get it on offer price. Not so good for a bass lover.
I got it on card offer for around 2.5k, if you get it around that price range then it might turn into a value-for-money product. It's not so good for a bass lower. It's not loud and it always feels like we are on around 60% volume even if it's around 80% or so. Design and comfort are okay. App support is good but the custom touch controls would have been a bit more better if we had a bit more flexibility in selecting the functions. Battery backup is pretty good and the ANC is average but the ambient aware mode works well.

OG JBL sound
The product is great.. Used it for 2weeks now.. The ANC is a class apart and the controls are quiet intuitive. Things you'd be surprised by: ANC levels - I was taking a call in a very crowded office space.. Folks all over chatting n taking calls. I used the ANC mode for my call.. it immediately felt like you've stepped into a quiet room despite being bang in centre of all the noise. Looks - I didn't want to be amongst the lakhs of same looking One Plus nor the Boats of the world. It's got a distinct JBL look and the blue colour is nice n dark n unique. Battery - 40hours is very decent.. I use it mainly for my Metro commutes so that's like 1hour a day. The battery should last me a month n half - what more would anyone want. Bass - I Moved up from a Boat 141 tws - this is leagues apart. The Jbl signature sound is very deep and helps when you want to listen to some good old rock without having to max the volume. The case is very ergonomical - light&easy. Could be better : The price - it's a bit pricey - but I was okay paying the premium to be unique. I just "didn't want to be another PlusOne in the crowed boat of consumers" .

DO NOT BUY!
Within a month of usage the right buds stopped charging, went to the service centre, they collected the buds and I received a replacement via mail after almost 10 days. Initially the replacements worked fine but now they are having the same issue and this time the left buds are not charging. Now i have to go through the whole process again. Highly disappointed from this faulty product by JBL. I could’ve understand it happening once but same issue happening multiple times and from what i came across online while searching for solutions, many have suffered similar problems. Never buying any JBL products and would not recommend to any one.

Fantastic Product ; Great Call Clarity
Bought JBL Tune Beam from Amazon and got it delivered super quick. Have been using it for some time. Excellent call clarity with good solid bass. Great product for doing long calls. Noise cancellation is impressive and you can’t hear the humming sound of AC and other distractions. Bluetooth connectivity and battery back up is also up to the expectations . I had been using some cheaper products earlier and can clearly feel the difference with a superior quality brand/ product like JBL Tune Beam. All in all Iam loving the experience. If some one wants a good quality earbuds then I will strongly recommend this one.

Impressed by the product!
Iam using JBL Tune Beam for last few weeks. Overall impressed with the sound quality and the clearity during my office calls. I use it for my work from home work and the noise cancellation is very helpful. The fact that it connects with both my laptop and mobile simultaneously, ensures that it keeps me always connected on multiple devices. The battery backup is excellent and multiple ear tips along with the product helps it get the perfect fit for my gym workout usage. A big thumbs up from me for JBL Tune Beam

Don't buy any Branded product from Amazon as they will not help you.
Dear All, I have purchased Harman Tune Beam earbuds by Amazon as on 29th May'24 and I have received it on the 30th May'24 but, I have noticed that there are technical issues in product which i have recieve. When I had contacted to Amazon for replacement they have suggested me to visit JBL authorised service centre. Today as on 6th Jun I have sent my brother to Harman Service centre which is located at lower parel. But instead of replacement they have repaired the same product and handover to my brother. I also discussed over the phone with service centre executive and asked for replacement but they have denied and then I requested for refund then the service centre executive told me that I will get the refund from there only where from I have purchased this product. I had called to JBL customer support for the replacement from the service centre but they had asked me pick up facility which will take almost 7-14 days for replacement then I asked for refund but they also told me that I will get the refund from Amazon only. When I called to Amazon customer support team junior and senior officer of the customer support team told me they will refund only after I have denied letter from JBL service centre or team regarding refund. Why Amazon and JBL team is irritating to me for refund issue of it is not mentioned anywhere on Amazon site and It was not mentioned at the time of purchase.

Buenísima calidad.
Sonido muy muy bueno. Los graves excelentes, emparejamiento super rapido con cuqluier dispositivo, pc movil, etc. En mi caso, los quería también para que sirviera para mis reuniones online, y cansado de probar otros porqu no tengo dinero para unos de apple, estos fueron una gran sorpresa. La calidad del audio en llamada es brutal, se te esccha al otro lado en muchas ocasiones que no parecen inalambricos y la cancelación de ruido muy muy buena. De lo mejor tras probar durate varios años modelos y modelos distintos.
