Good stuff - a must for many Chinese dishes

Good substitute for regular salt
This is a great addition to my spices. I have been using it for a little while now and does make my food feel better without adding 100% salt. The flavor does make everything tasty. I think it is a great great value for the money. The texture is the same as salt. I will be using this long-term.
