This seems to be working and will do better with continued use for my very tight hands.
I think I like this thing. I have super tight muscles at the base of my thumbs, and while this isn't eliminating that in the few minutes I use it, I feel like it's going to help with regular use. It does hurt the bones on the top of my hand, but you can control the pressure, so it doesn't have to. My hands feel more relaxed after using it a couple times in the last few hours while I took a break from various activities. It's a great size to slip into your purse/bag or desk drawer. And almost acts as a fidget toy that helps your hands. I have small hands and my fingertips do bump the end, but any bigger and I don't think I'd get the pressure I want. I simply angle my hand to avoid hitting that spot. Not a big deal.
