Fast, convenient, versatile and quite tasty!
So much more convenient than cooking conventional brown rice- 10 min. as opposed to 40 min. Tastes good, though slightly chewy, but is versatile to either eat on its' own, or as part of a skillet meal. I alternate making brown and white Minute Rice- both are worth the purchase for the convenience and flavor.
