Unfortunately, the product has multiple issues right from the start, including: Charging problems Poor image clarity Buttons not functioning properly Other operational defects Due to these issues, the camera is not usable and does not meet the expected quality standards. I kindly request that you arrange for the return of this product and reimburse the full payment at the earliest.

the quality is horrible and the sd card reader and the charger cable it came with doesn't work. it is advertised to have 1040 but its not even close to it and it is absolutely not worth the price

Worst camera quality like VGA. Photo and Video quality is like the 2000's keypad phone camera. Avoid buying its a scam and almost all features listed are not present.

Not a good product
I don't have much expectations from product. The seller or Amazon should correct product description. It is mentioned it is 13 mp camera however it is a 3mp camera, during night even with all lights on nothing visible clearly in that lcd , even in day time The picture quality according to 3 mp is not good It mentioned it comes with sd card , however there's none Battery life just works for 30 minutes I think other reviews are misleading. This just a use and throw toy which should not cost more than 500
