Prismacolor Col-Erase Pencil with Eraser, Blue Lead, Blue Barrel, Dozen

Have used this pencils for years in our accounting business. Much better than the Chinese made colored pencils sold by Amazon.

Color Erase pencil are a favorite of mine for drawing. Single colors like Blue or Brown work excellent on white or sepia tone paper respectively. They are, I believe common favorites in penciling comics or animation.

As an illustrator, I depend heavily on these pencils - and though they do leave behind a little bit of color even after erased, they seem to be much better than the red, which seems nearly impossible to truly erase. After scanning, it is very easy to remove all the blue lines using saturation levels.

These worked great for sketching. I like to use them because they don’t smudge as easily as graphite. When using to sketch under prismacolor pencils, is great. The erasera attached is not so good but with a kneaded eraser they disappear completely. One set lasted almost two yrs! One thing is mine came with an ugly sticker that I tried to peel off and that left a gross residue, but if u dont do that, these are perfect!
