The media could not be loaded. At first I was impressed about the product, as it does keep a room cool. BUT the product does not come with an adapter to charge it. So I read the instructions and bought an adapter that was needed to charge it. But the product does not hold charge once unplugged from the wall. That was my whole purpose to buy this, which was to use on the go. A waste, how about provide everything that the product needs so it can work or don’t sell it at all 🚮 ( btw I charge it for atleast 3hrs before using it)

This is a good product for its size and cost. You fill the small tray with water and freeze it into ice, soak the filter in water and put some water into the bottom tray. It blows COLD air and functions exactly as described. The timer and the fan speeds are good additions. Very simple and easy to use and the air blows about 10-15 degrees cooler than room temperature.
