I purchased Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak hoping to add a little more relaxation to my evening routine, and it has definitely become a staple in my bathroom. The resealable bag is easy to store and the crystals dissolve quickly in warm water without leaving any gritty residue. After soaking for about 20 minutes, I felt noticeably more relaxed, especially after long workdays or strenuous workouts. While I can’t measure the magnesium benefits directly, I consistently feel less tense and more refreshed after using it. My skin also feels soft rather than dry, which has been a nice bonus. ロフトのイベントで頂いて、使って良かったので、重いのでアマゾンで購入。 アメリカでは、子供の擦り傷や切り傷、大人は痔の対策に使います。 使い方は、普通の入浴剤の用に使うだけです。 痔の予防や緩和には、洗面器にお湯とこちらを入れてお尻をつけるだけ。 アメリカでは、出産をするとお祝いセットに、洗面器と共に病院から頂けます(オリジナルが) こちらには、塩が入ってますが香りも良く、ロードバイクで痛くなったお尻に良いです。 オリジナルの香りがついてない物が欲しいのですが、(安いし、植木の水にもつかえる) 香りつきばかりなのが残念。
