I tried this baked matthi and the taste was not what I expected Instead of a light snack it had a strong karwa bitter flavour that made it hard to finish even one piece The texture was fine but the taste overpowered everything I bought it thinking it would be a healthier option but the flavour really spoiled the experience I will not be ordering this again because the taste was not pleasant at all.

The baked mathri is very tasty. Apart from being tasty, it's healthy and a rich source of protein.

This mathari is very nice. Taste is good. Do not compare it in your mind with the matharis that you have had in life previously. Also, one thing to note, just because it is baked doesn't mean it has no oil. But it is not like deep fried. So that's a good thing.

It is crunchy but has a bitter after taste is quite dry
