Clarks Women's Majorca Villa Boot,,

I generally wear a size 9 and ordered a 9, it fit perfectly. The shaft provides plenty of room to tuck in "jeans" and my legs are generally "wide shaft" in boots that wear over the calf. They are comfortable and in September I wore them on a trip to London and wore them during my trip with 5-8 miles walking per day and my feet did not hurt or tire. These are pull on boots so after a couple wears they loosen up a bit and are not as stiff to pull on. Of course I wore them with socks and tucked in my jeans, they can be a little tougher to pull on if you wear thick socks like "Smartwool". They have a light fleece lining and are warm even with thin socks, nice toe box and arch support. These are very cute boots, I debated about ordering the gray so I ordered black. I ended up going back for the grey and so glad I did, I like them even more since the styling and comfort of this boot is so great.

I normally wear size 8.5 and read other reviews indicating this runs large. However, they were out of size 8, so I bought my normal size in charcoal. These do run a little long but not so much so that they won't work for me. I like to wear hand-knit socks and they work well with socks. The boots are very comfortable right out of the box and look good with a variety of outfits. From the picture, I thought they looked a little more like taupe than gray but in real life they are definitely gray, if that matters to you. I have very high arches but didn't have the experience of one reviewer here who said these won't fit people with high arches. I'm very happy with this purchase and am sure I will wear these a lot.

These boots are the best of several worlds -- resemble the Frye harness boots, have the Clark comfort factor, and look great on! I read the reviews before I purchased and glad I did -- these boots run about a .5 size big. Therefore, you need to order down by .5 size. I normally wear a 7M and the 6.5M fits perfectly. If you love the rugged, hippie-chic look, you will love these boots too!

I like these but was expecting them to be more comfortable - I ended up adding an insole to give them a bit more 'cush'.

I have them on right now. I remember when I first saw these boots that I wanted them. When I read the review especially the one who said she started wearing them right off and has been wearing them every day since. Well....that is what convinced me to buy them. I find that I decided what to wear that day so I can wear these boots. They are by far the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. I have to be careful too and wear comfortable shoes because I had a bone spur on my left foot. I can walk in these boots all day and they don't bother me at all. I like them so much that I'm thinking of buying a black pair. I have other boots by Clarks but these are by far my favorites. Worth every penny !!!!!!

I'm not a big fan of skinny jeans or wearing my pants tucked in my boots unless they are emu's, uggs, lamo's, aussie dogs, etc. BUT these are the cutest boots I have ever owned. I've been wearing them with my long capri's, but now I bought a pair of skinny's. I wear a size 7 1/2 boot, always and a 7 in flip flops, sandals. When I read these ran a little big by other reviewers(thank you all), I purchased the 7 and they are perfect. I don't think I will be able to wear thick socks in Iowa winter. They are not as brown as the picture, more of a gray, but a "worn" look of grayish brown. I have already had many compliments. Get them while they last!!

I read some of the reviews on this boot and so I ordered a 1/2 size smaller because the reviews said it ran large. What a mistake! The 1/2 size smaller was too tight and too small for me to be comfortable! I was so disappointed! My lesson is not to always listen to all reviews on item!!!

Another hit for Clarks! They run about a half size large, so I ordered a 6 rather than a 6.5. I was actually able to try them on in a store before finding such a good price on Amazon. I immediately treated them with Clarks water and stain protector. I would recommend that Amazon offer the protector with each pair of Clarks purchased as a reminder. It works on leather, suede, and nubuck.The boots look good with dresses and skinny jeans. I love the Charcoal gray!
