These are terrific products. The ingredients are clean and I felt that the shampoo did a noticeably good job at cleaning my scalp. The conditioner was nice and creamy, but I had to use a lot of it (long hair). My favorite product is their styling gel which is amazing for controlling curly hair.

My friend who is a hair stylist recommended this to me, and I am obsessed. My hair color has never looked so good, and this actually gets my hair clean, but keeps it soft and shiny. She told me to use shampoo twice (if you only wash your hair 3 times a week like me) and it really helps with build up. It also smells amazing, I’ve never smelt a shampoo that smelt like this, and wasn’t filled with chemicals. Really love this company

My hairdresser turned me on to this brand and I really love the shampoo. It's a little pricey for me so I haven't tried the conditioner but will do that at some point too. It cleans my hair without striping the natural oils. It's a really nice shampoo and I love that it's vegan and cruelty free as that is all that I buy!

This is my favorite nontoxic shampoo that is safe for color treated hair. It smells great, cleans my hair effectively, and I’m able to go three days between washes. I use this along with the conditioner from the same line. I’ve been using these products for over a year and highly recommend if you’re looking for a nontoxic option that will be gentle on your scalp and hair.

I tried out a new hairstylist in the DMV who specializes in natural hair. And when I tell you the innersense line has changed my understanding and relationship with my curls. My hair is not color treated but this particular line was recommended by my stylist (@BeysCurls on ig). She used this line because the shampoo isn’t too stripping and the conditioner has the right amount of slip and moisture to it for my hair. She used the shampoo and conditioner from the color line and I now get the big refill bottles and put them in my simplehuman shower pumps. The refill lasted me over 8 months and I was my hair every 7-10 days with both shampoo and conditioner. A little goes a long way with these products. Make sure to really emulsify the shampoo in your hand before applying to the hair to make the most of it. And work in a pump of conditioner and lather it by adding more water to that section of hair. You’ll notice the conditioner goes farther when you add water to it. Make sure you rinse both products ALL THE WAY OUT. she used a combination of three gels to define my curls. In order: uncle funkys daughter, I create hold, Trepadora (yellow bottle). I never did a wash and go in my life til this year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This product was recommended to me by my hairstylist. I’ve been using it for over a year and I can honestly say it’s made a world of difference. Growing up I always lived in more humid environments so my curls were pretty happy and hydrated. Last year I moved north and I dealt with a frizzy crazy mess of a head of hair. When I went in for a haircut my stylist suggested a bunch of things to do that could bring my curls back. One of them was getting started on some inner sense products. Normally I’m very hesitant to spend money on hair products when in the past I’ve sort of felt like drug store does just fine but I figured why not I’m going to treat myself and go home with a shampoo and conditioner. First of all let me say that that shampoo bottle lasted me over a year with regular washing. My stylist explained that inner sense uses really high-quality ingredients at a really high concentration meant to be somewhat diluted by water. This means that it lasts forever and the ingredients are really really good. I genuinely have never had better hair and the fact that it last so long is a no brained. It’s more expensive up front that most shampoos but it lasts so long I feel like it ends up being the same!

I had high expectations for this shampoo after reading such great reviews. Seeing as it's natural and supposed to be better for your hair, I'm so disappointed that it's left my locks dry and frizzy. I wouldn't want to keep using it as I'm worried when I brush my hair it will break. Really not happy at all.
