This is a very good product it has good quality at all points of construction. The high watt heating gives a quick cooking time. The none stick is on all surfaces to permote a fast compleat clean up. The sandwich maker will make all kinds of hot sandwiches. if you can put it between two slces of bread it will heat and make a very good saanwich. the egg cooks a a very good time and you can combine all kinds of breakfast frindly goodies to make a tasty meal. I hyave bought both of my sons a cooker and i have two that i have bought for frinds. the cooker is a good price high quality product that any one will appreaciate.

I bought the Hamilton Beach breakfast sandwich machine and even though it comes with a selection of recipes I wanted to do more with this small appliance. This small cookbook takes the breakfast sandwich machine to lunch and light dinner with soup and salad. The recipes are quick and simple. This is a good investment if you own the breakfast sandwich machine. Highly recommended.

The recipes are pretty good, but let's face it... the recipes are all for different ways to use the breakfast sandwich machine... which basically is lots of ways to make an egg, cheese, and meat muffin sandwich... seems like most of the recipe simply exchange the name of one cheese for another, one meat for another, one bread type for another. I don't think the average buyer will actually use this book. That said... if you bought the machine to give as a gift? You really do want to add this book to it to create the whole "package". The seller was awesome and gets 5 stars, while the product itself only gets 3... which is why I gave it 4 stars.

I like this book very much and refer to it often. I have a Hamilton Beach breakfast maker and so I can make an egg mcmuffin just like one from McDonalds, except mine is better as I can add ingredients to my taste. I have made an egg mcmuffin with a slice of pineapple and Canadian bacon which was delicious. Another idea is using a bagel smeared with cream cheese, smoked salmon and an egg with capers. Besides the mcmuffins, I recently made a delicious bread pudding which comes towards the end of the book. All the recipes only take minutes to prepare and cook. The author, Jennifer Williams, has many imaginative ideas.

I saw this reviewed in the current issue of Cooking Light Magazine and they gave healthy sandwich suggestions for using it, so I bought it. We live on a farm and have to come up with 3 meals a day, and this time of year we may want a light snack at odd times of the day or night and this is really handy. You just put a bottom in the unit (like an English muffin, or a sandwich thin, or I have used one of those bagel thins), add cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, Canadian bacon, or a slice of deli ham and sometimes nothing more. Put the next "layer" of the unit in place and add crack an egg into it (I suggest spraying it with non-stick spray), put on a top and cook 5 minutes. Its hot, its filling and you can control the ingredients. Does not take long to heat up and while it is, I assemble the ingredients I am using.

My husband loves this type of sandwich and now we can have it at home in just minutes and it is so easy. I read the reviews ahead of time and did not have any of the troubles a few had mentioned. If you read the simple directions it really is problem free and very easy to clean, I would definitely recommend this handy little gadget.

This book has some good ideas but not enough content in the book for the price. Your better off finding recipes online!

This book is full of interesting mouth watering recipes. Being a vegetarian it also has a section of veggie recipes which is great. Each recipe is easy to follow and only takes a few minutes to make. Great book.

Great/easy/tasty ideas for breakfast , lunch or supper . Breakfast sandwiches do not just have to be for breakfast. Lunch and supper sandwiches can also be easy and nutritious

The book is informative with lots of options- recipes. I am still stuck on a Bacon and Egger, English Muffin with cheese. Bob Stephen

I just got the ebook so I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but most of them sound like something our family would enjoy. In addition to traditional breakfast sandwiches (i.e. bacon, egg, cheese, English muffin) there are some interesting combos - quiche on a sausage crust, sandwiches made on waffles, hash browns, croissants or bagels, a frittata, several vegetarian dishes - even a pizza and some dessert dishes :) Calorie/carb/fat/protein counts are included. A few minor things that I noticed - the Apple Bacon Cheddar Croissant sandwich uses a pork sausage patty, not bacon. Very few pictures - only 3 in the recipe section, and those were unlabelled. Ciabatta "roles" :D Overall though, I'm eager to get my sandwich maker so I can try out some of these fun dishes - possibly starting with the Maple Bread Pudding Sandwich :)

This book is definitely work reading for some recipe ideas, some are not my taste but some are pretty creative!
