Where is this made/manufactured?

The Collapsible Dam is manufactured in the US. Thank You

There is no adhesive to the end caps and they continue to pop of when cleaning. How do they get fastened on? 3m double sided tape won't stick tothem

The end caps should be fastened using clear or white adhesive caulk. Masking tape should only be used when keeping the caps in place during their drying. Please reference the installation manual for further information. Please contact us if you need another copy of the installation manual. Thank You, LiveOakMed

Does this need to be sealed on the edges with caulk? My last water dam had problems sticking after water got under the edges. What is recommended?

After fitting this length wise to my shower, I removed the red tape and placed the dam where it was needed. I then siliconed around the entire dam, on both sides, with a very thin bead , I also pulled the trimmed ends of the dam away from the shower and filled the end of the A-frame with a little silicon also, then i let the entire dam dry for 24 hours before exposing to water. Works great with no problems.
