Question 1

A lot of reviewers complained that the basket is too small for the price. Is it true to the listed dimensions of 19.4 x 12.5 (W) x 9 (H) in?

Accepted Answer

11-5/8 by 8-3/4 by 4-5/16 inches are the listed dimensions. That is the outside. Inside is it about an inch or so smaller but you need to know the outside dimensions to make sure it fits your space. While it is a bit pricey compared to others, it is of much better quality than anything else I've seen or use. I have three of these and love them. They are sturdy, slide out smoothly, and hold up well. Others are flimsy and hang up sliding. I'll buy this one before anything else.

Question 2

my shelf is 1 1/2" what to do....I so need one of these under the counter shelf's

Accepted Answer

Handy basket creates a new storage space for your kitchen or bathroom,is designed for standard wooden shelves in cabinets that are at least 1/2" thick and up to 7/8" thick,It slides on to fit most standard shelves. If your shelf is larger than 7/8" than unfortunately this item will not work with that shelf.
