Overall Experience: Exceptional Customer Support & Solid Performance I recently installed the SwamCam pool alarm dual Wi-Fi camera system at my home in Thailand, Phuket. While the hardware itself is great, the absolute highlight of this system is the unmatched customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better purchase and installation experience, and I highly recommend SwamCam Company and Seller. Pre-Purchase & Customer Support The level of support I received was outstanding. Even before I placed my order or officially committed to the purchase, I was in communication with the seller. They fully supported me by going over the drawings of my pool area and recommending the absolute best mounting points based on my layout. Throughout the entire physical installation and digital configuration process, they stayed highly responsive, attentive, and helpful. Installation & Mounting Challenges My specific outdoor area meant that my mounting locations were not ideal compared to the company’s standard recommendations. Height: I had to install the cameras slightly higher than the ideal height recommended by SwamCam. Obstructions: There is a standard walking route, as well as multiple plants, located directly in the line of sight between the camera mounting locations and the pool itself. Since I don't think my pool and outdoor structure is entirely unique, I do have one piece of constructive feedback for the manufacturer: it would be incredibly helpful if the camera could apply a high-quality zoom to a specific area. A feature like this would easily bridge the gap for users who are forced to use less-than-ideal mounting locations. Configuration & Premium Membership Because of the walking path and the plants blocking the line of sight, getting the software dialed in required multiple cycles of trial and error. I did experience quite a few false alarms initially. However, with some patience and tweaking, I finally achieved a stable configuration where it only alarms exactly when it needs to. The right settings absolutely managed to overcome the physical obstacles in my yard. Important Note: I can definitely say that the Premium Membership is a must-have. You will absolutely need it to unlock the custom alarm area features, which is what ultimately allowed me to configure the system to ignore the walking path and focus strictly on the water. Bottom Line: Between the capable hardware, the customizable software, and a company that bends over backward to help you succeed, this is a fantastic investment for pool safety. Highly recommended!

SwamCam not only makes an excellent product, but their customer service is truly unmatched. I was having ongoing issues and, instead of giving me a generic answer, their team worked closely with me and my installer to troubleshoot every step of the way. They stayed on top of the situation, checked logs remotely, and even helped identify that the real problem wasn’t with their system at all but with the electrical outlet. That level of persistence and follow-through is rare these days. I can say with confidence that this company stands behind their product and their customers. This is an excellent product for added security and safety for a pool. We bought the 2 cam version for monitoring the 2 deck areas for our pool. We had a minor issue with the alarm device, but the company gave us wonderful and responsive service and promptly replaced the plug in alarm component.

Great support, cameras where difficult for me to navigate but had so much support from team. Never felt ghosted. Camera quality really good
