I dont understand dosage on label. How much Magnesium is in each capsule or a 3 capsule dose? 144mg? 2,000mg?

3 capsules contain 144 mg of magnesium, so you would need to take 9 capsules/day to get 100% of the RDA for Mg++. But, one typically gets a lot of Mg++ in a normal diet (google it).
