I've suffered from tinnitus due to tmjd for a few years now. It's caused me difficulty to get to sleep and stay asleep. This magtein has changed my life! It helps me not only get to sleep but stay asleep. Magtein has replaced my muscle relaxer and melatonin! Also, I have been taking omeprazole for over 20 years, but no one told me Proton pump inhibitors depleted magnesium! If your taking omeprazole you need a magnesium supplement!!! I've only used this brand and it's been great for me!!!

I started taking this along with omega 3/6/9 for the cognitive benefits, to help naturally treat my otherwise treatment-resistant ADHD. I ran out of this for a little while, and was taking just the omega supplement, and only then did I realize that it was really this magnesium that was doing all the heavy lifting. It improves my focus, my clarity, my memory, and my recall. I'm able to speak much more eloquently, I don't have words at the tip of my tongue, I don't lose track of tasks, and I don't get embarrassed at work by my neurodiversity like I used to.And I didn't realize how much it helped my sleep!! I'm a big night owl, and I used to stay up late, and even going to bed at 2 or 3 am I'd still struggle to fall asleep. Now, I'm getting naturally sleepy around 11-12, and fall asleep fast.There aren't a lot of supplements that work so well that I take notice, but this has made too much of an impact for even me to ignore lol. I'll probably take this for the rest of my life honestly.

Now Foods products are highly recommended for purity and for potency, so I ordered MagTein last month. I just began taking MagTein this week so I'm still evaluating whether or not there is an improvement in focus and mental energy. But, I must admit that I completed a complex project this afternoon with an effortlessness that I haven't experienced in some time. I take this magnesium Threonate for ocular migraines. Works extremely well. Research all the magnesium’s. NOW products were recommended by my physician. Very clean, no fillers.

I’ve been taking Magtein now for over a month (on my second bottle) and I can honestly say it works to improve cognition. I could tell after about 2 weeks my mind started to get sharper and I experienced less brain fog, especially at the end of the day.I’m in sales and I noticed that my thought processing improved, my mind seemed clearer as I was giving a presentation. Thoughts and ideas came to my mind more quickly, making for a more smooth and confident delivery. And even after a long presentation or day, I was still mentally sharp and could hold an intelligent conversation at length, whereas before my mind would’ve been drained and tired.I will continue taking this product due to these benefits and probably incorporate a Magnesium Glycinate supplement as well.Also, I’ve seen this particular brand advertised by credible people in the health industry, so I trust it.Give it a shot- I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
