Love these capsules. They give me energy, Have not sern change in lab work b/c I haven’t seen a Dr. yet. Started eith one for tei weeks and increased to one in morning and one at night. No side effects. Blood pressure normal. Take about 30 minutes after eating. Easy to swallow. Great value for money. On second order.

A great product. I changed my normal beetroot product to this. It's more potent, it works, better lowers my blood pressure. You're supposed to take 2 capsules a day with food or water. It has no bad scent, it's easy to use.\n And the duration is 2 years before exploration, there's a lot number on the bottom of the bottle, any supplement you order for yourself, your child or your pet always make sure there is a lot number on the bottom or side of the bottle that is how you trace where the product came from, if there is no lot number on the product Throw it away because they're hiding something. This has a lot number on the product right on the bottom. It should always be near the expiration date.
