These "Movie Based" figures are based on digital scans of the actual characters from the movie. The hair color for Cap in this upcoming film (and the corresponding figure) is darker than the previous (blonde) Steve Rogers. Also, the traditional Red, White & Blue of Cap's uniform appears dull and faded in this new "Infinity War" figure. Hope this helps.
