Q: where are these cards made?

Hi. I am not particularly pleased to inform you that the cards, according to the printed statement on the underside of the box the cards came in, are made in China! Wow! Thanks for asking -- I will pay closer attention to my purchases from now on. Hallmark IS an American company, and I assumed, thusly, that the cards were made here in the US -- made by Americans, for Americans. These cards have a good deal of individual handwork done to them so I suppose they get farmed out overseas for some poor peasants to assemble (for a pittance), or prisoners (who get less than a 'pittance' but I sup[pose the upside is it gives them something to do to occupy their time), or to slaves (of course slavery is not supposed to exist anymore, but we're not that naive) who would likely get nothing at all (except a beating if they're not maintaining a quota). Anyway, you might contact Hallmark in KC and inquire Not much help, but I hope some. DWO

Q: are these cards made in the USA?

No...CHINA! Hallmark is another American company that doesn't give a damn about keeping Americans employed.
