Why should we design a separate alkaline mineral boost carafe for the water purifier?

Yes. This design is intended to enable you to assess the quality of pure water through the TDS value on LED. Also, the standalone mineral filter paired with a glass water carafe, provides the option of pure water and alkaline mineral boost water.

Why should mineral filter be soaked before first use?

When the mineral filter is dry, it can impede the flow of pure water and cause water overflowing. Before the first use, soak it for 8-10 hour in advance to ensure optimal flow. Additionally, use the Half/Full button to dispense mineral water.

How often do I need to replace the mineral filter?

The lifespan of the mineral filter is 3-6 months. If used frequently, it is generally recommended to replace it every 3-4 months. The mineral filter set comes in a pack of 3, please feel free to use it.
