This is a great Grogu animatronic doll (especially for the price)--purchased it for my grand-niece. The skin texture is soft, more like rubber than pvc, although there is no description of materials used. She loved it. -- EFX has come out with a next generation Grogu that is even more lifelike, but she was pleased with this one and 'intends to keep it forever.'

ANIMATED TOY: The Star Wars Galactic Snackin’ Grogu animatronic figure stands over 9 inches tall and features motorized movements, including a head, ears, and arms that move, and eyes that open and close. It does not walk.

Does this yoda actually talk? My grandson wants a “talking baby yoda”

He makes sounds and you can interact with it using the snacks
