I ordered this based of tiktok review and i regret it i waited for this package for a long time and i received a repackaged product with shipment sticker ripped off i was honestly disgusted, when i decided to use it it only worked for 15 min didnt even feel the heat. i wanted to return it and they approved the return but no one contacted me till today.

The extra length is great! The different levels of heat are much more varied than other pads ive used, setting 1 is just warm and 6 is hotttt, I find 2 or 3 is enough to relax my muscles. I also put on the foot of my bed in the winter, so the blankets are already warm for my toes. I really use this thing almost daily. After just under a year of use, I did end up having something in it break-the screen was flashing a fault code. I tried resetting it from directions I found online to no avail, so I reached out directly to Pure Enrichment the manufacturer. They got back to me quickly asking for proof of purchase, my shipping address and some background info. Despite the fact I admitted I used the product heavily over the 10mos Ive had it and that I've been letting my cat sit on it (you arent supposed to apply any pressure on the coils while its warm, oops) theyre replacing it for me anyway! I figured I'd just get a coupon or something. The Fault code is I got is a safety feature, a wire in my pad probably shorted out or frayed, which could easily set the fabric on fire, but, it has sensors that stop power from going through the pad when that happens, and you cant override it if its truely broken, literally a lifesaving feature.

The heating pad when it works is great however I’ve had to replace two in 2 years. I’m currently in the process of getting a third one. The company does honor the warranty as long as you buy through them not a third-party off of Amazon.

This is my 4th purchase of this item. My family & I love it. It is very large, the fabric is super soft and it has 6 settings & an auto shut off. It warms up really quickly & has a good range of warmth with the different settings. It’s lightweight, easy to fold or roll up to store. It covers your whole back or sometimes I fold it in half length wise and lay it around my neck. Highly recommend! The only downside is that it has about a 3-4 year life span. Every one that I’ve bought dies after 3-4 years. We do use it A LOT though, so maybe it would last longer if you don’t use it that often.

The pad is a good size, with a soft covering. I wanted a heating pad with auto shut-off. This one does turn off in 2 hours as set, but the light annoying keeps blinking until you manually turn it off completely.

Seems to be good quality.
