I’ve used Steelie magnetic mounts for years and had one in every vehicle I own. Decided to give Rokform a try, and I’m glad I did. I picked up the mount along with their phone case and a few of the matching accessories. I drive oil-field lease roads every day in a big truck — rough, bumpy, and full of vibration — and this mount doesn’t even flinch. The magnet holds strong, the base feels heavy-duty, and my phone stays right where I put it. The overall build quality is excellent, and it even looks sharp in the cab. After seeing how this one performs, I won’t be going back. ⭐ Rating: 5/5 — Rock-solid hold, rugged build, and worth the upgrade.

So this magnet is STRONG!! Most magnets won't hold heavy phones. Not to mention the sticky part would just come off and so the magnet would just come off the car. But this has the best mount for a car. The durability and fit is perfect. I do recommend waiting 24hr after installation before using. Just to get the best use out of the product. Worth every penny.

I love this lil thing. I do use a rokform case on my phone btw. I applied the mount to one spot in my car, and had it there for a couple days before I decided to switch it to a different spot. It took a little more elbow power, but it came off with no residue and no damage to the dash. And it still had plenty of stickiness. I moved it to its new spot, applied it with the same pressure the instructions say, and it worked perfectly. Super secure, especially with my rokform case. I cannot vouch for it in the context in which you have a magsafe case, or whatever. I can only vouch for it in connection with if you use a rokform case for your phone.

For years I had a universal suction cup mount but it finally broke and come to find out that the model I had is no longer available. I have a Rokform case on my phone due to the roklok mount I have on my motorcycle. After searching for another similar mount I used before I gave in and went with the magnetic mounts since my case has a built in magnet. After trying numerous aftermarket mounts and them not being compatible with my case, I gave in and bought this one. This mount is the only one that works with the RokForm phone cases. It seems to be rather sturdy but have noticed that it will slowly move during the course of the day and needs to be adjusted but the movement is minute.

Magnetic is strong and it sticks well in the car. Originally I was sent one that had the adhesive stuck to plastic but once I got the replacement. It worked like a charm. Perfect fit with the case UPDATE: it's been about 5 months since purchasing, and with the weather getting hotter the adhesive no longer works

I wouldn't recommend this product at all, though I had very high hopes of this especially coming from Rokform product line. I ordered 3 of these to use in different places and all 3 have failed in the adhesion. Full disclosure, I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max, so it is a bigger phone with the Rokform case. However, I'm using Rokform's products so you would think thier R&D would anticipate phone weights and test for it with their case. Here are the failure modes. 2 failures on the car dashboard (which is ironic because Rokform includes a QR code to a YouTube on how to adhere this to the dash and I have the same truck dash that's in the video and mine failed in the example spot lol). Seems like the adhesion doesn't hold up under any sort of heat/direct sunlight. In the shade, it holds up fairly well, but after driving for some time, my phone starts to noticeable tilt downwards and you can see the adhesion peeling up from the top. Again, it's on a flat surface as instructed but just doesn't hold up. 1 failure, I didn't have a whole lot of hope for but had my fingers crossed, was a completely vertical mount and this one failed pretty much immediately (after waiting the 24 hrs as recommended). I had the mount in my trailer next to my bed and it fell in the middle of the night and just never went back. Again, I didn't have high hopes for this one but had my fingers crossed so no surprises here.

This is my second magnetic mount from Rokform. The only reason it is my second mount, is because I sold the car that I had my first mount in, for over 3 years. The mount is durable and the adhesive is strong. I had to pry the first one off the dashboard of my car with my pocket knife. They do not reapply, so I ordered a new mount.

Good quality, the magnet is very strong to hold IPhone 6, I am very happy with my purchase, I strongly recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of buying it. The ball joints very strong, it stays set position while you are driving, it doesn’t move.

I have bought so many magnetic dash mounts to hold my phone in place.....but this is the ONLY ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS....Great magnet strength and love how small and adjustable it is.
