Why is the remote control out of power?

When putting the battery into the remote control, please be careful about the positive and negative poles of the battery.

Why doesn't the remote control work?

Some remote controls and plugs are not matched when they are manufactured. You need to follow the steps in the manual to re-match them.

Why doesn't the manual switch plug respond?

Please check the power switch, or check if the outer packaging is damaged. It might have been damaged during transportation.
