No taste, just thickening agent....
Needed a thickener that didn't overpower other flavors, and this stuff is perfect. Using it for smoothies mostly, but tried it in a sauce too, worked great. No weird aftertaste or anything. Doesn't clump up either, which is a bonus. Really happy with this so far. Will definitely keep buying it. I'll update this review if anything changes.
