I was skeptical at first, but I love the mat; I used to go to HotWorx, and it was costly and far to drive. I bought this and feel the same warm heat. I love the feeling of the red light as well. It is a little small, as I got the smaller one, but I can sit and do most of my Yoga moves on it.

I love how the unit works. The red light therapy is amazing for both us humans and animals. I wish the connection between the cable and the pad were stronger. Very fragile, so be careful! The clear cover that goes over the lights is a different piece. I don't like that it is not permanently connected to the pad. Becomes cumbersome and hard to keep in the right place. Very annoying. Also their information pamphlet is pretty vague, need more information on what each light setting does to get the most out of your red light experience.Overall, great product.

I've been using this for a few weeks and believe it is helping a little. The instructions don't mention what the blinking light feature is? I read where this can burn belly fat seeing 7-14 lbs in a month. Nothing yet and using this 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks. But it is relaxing.Update, I've tried to find out what the 5th mode does and no luck. The blinking mode is a mystery. As for burning the fat off your stomach, after a month of using it multiple times per day, no visible fat loss. It's relaxing but benefits are no more than a heating pad. And no one has reached out to me from the company regarding my review.
