Comfy chair. Reclines nicely, for a wee nap.

I like it but the screws in the arms came loose after a few days. Other than that it's nice and comfortable to seat in. I'd buy it again, just add your own lock tight to the hardware.

The chair was easy to assemble. Easy to adjust….I am not very tall. The vibration works well when your back is tired. I like the heat the best on my back.

The char is good quality, the vibration is strong and the function is good. However there are issues. You can feel the vibration motors in the seat way too much. Making sitting in this chair all day an uncomfortable situation. Also no matter how tight I get the adjustment knob for the adjustable back and pressure put on the arm rest will allow it to slip down, making it hard to keep the comfortable position. The chair is easy to assemble and unfortunately easy to disassemble and return.

Comfortable, makes a clicking sound when you adjust yourself, but its a solid chair.

I am a little disappointed in this chair given the price. The heat feature is minimal, the massage is rough and the chair is so uncomfortable. You can feel large lumps in seat of the chair and the lumbar region . My back has hurt more since purchasing this chair than it did in my $50 Walmart chair.

This chair is very sturdy! The wheels are really good and sturdy. The massage feels amazing and the heat feels great too. Definitely worth it!!
