Great product
I never had backache after I used this product. The only shortcoming is that the belt lacks ventilation and may get too warm and cause sweating when putting on the waist for too long. But that is not really a problem if I wrap it to a cousin and put the cousin on my back. I love it.

Use it just for support
Gives SOME support by keeping you from twisting or bending too suddenly. Magnets have no therapeutic value - it's a made-up claim that you will not see discussed in any medical websites; it will not cure your back pain. Use it for support only. Light and comfortable.

Great pain reliever and great price
Works very well. stays on and he lps relieve pain in just a few minutes. Not sure how long it will last, but for now, it is an excellent buy!

Bacl Support Belt
I bought this belt for my mother in another state, after hearing her talk about how her lower back no longer felt like it had any support. I knew she wouldn't wear anything too confining (such as the larger support braces you have to pull on that fit more like a girdle). When I spoke with her a couple of weeks ago, she said it had helped her a lot. She said it made it much easier for her to walk around & go up & down steps at her p.o., & also helped when she wanted to work a little in her yard. The only complaint she had was that it caused her to sweat under it, so she put a t-shirt on underneath to make that a little more comfortable. I would recommend this belt to anyone who needs lower back support, but doesn't want to wear something that covers half your body. I was so afraid to buy this because I wasn't sure she'd wear it. Since she did & says it helps, to me, that means it works :)

I needed a waist belt to help with the terrible pain in my back. It helps the pain but I cannot wear it very long. I have to keep adjusting it to fit. I have so much pain in my back. I am glad that I do get some help with the pain. Maybe I will be able to find a belt that will be more adjustable.
